Journal Scope
SASPRF supports 22 subject clusters covering Medicine, Engineering, Life Sciences, Humanities, Agriculture, and more. Before submission, verify that your manuscript fits the aims & scope of the specific journal (Browse Journals).
- Original empirical and theoretical research
- Systematic reviews & meta-analyses
- Case studies, brief reports, technical notes
- Editorials, commentaries and book reviews (on invitation)
Manuscript Types Accepted
Full-Length Articles
Detailed studies with complete methodology & results (4 000–8 000 words).
Short Communications
Concise findings of immediate significance (≤ 3 000 words).
Review Papers
Critical syntheses of recent advances (5 000–10 000 words).
Case Reports / Series
Novel or educational cases in clinical / scientific practice.
Formatting Checklist
- Manuscript in MS-Word (.doc/.docx) or LaTeX (zip).
- Structured abstract (≤ 250 words): Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- Keywords (3–6) separated by semicolons.
- APA 7th or Vancouver citation style; add DOI links.
- Figures 300 dpi & tables embedded at first mention and supplied separately.
- Ethics statement & IRB approval number when applicable.
- ORCID IDs for all authors.

Publication Ethics
We follow COPE standards. Plagiarism (>10 % similarity), duplicate submission, gift authorship, or data fabrication lead to immediate rejection & blacklisting.
- All manuscripts screened with iThenticate.
- Clinical trials must be registered publicly.
- Informed consent required for patient data or images.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
SASPRF journals are fully open-access. Minimal fees cover DOI, archiving & layout:

Waivers ≥ 50 % available for low-income countries & exceptional work.
Indicative Timeline
- Day 0–1: Submission & formatting check

- Day 35–42: Final decision / acceptance
- Day 42–49: Online-first with DOI
