WHO CAN JOIN?

The Senior Fellow Member (SFMSPRF) of SAS Progressive Research Foundation is awarded to professionals with proven excellence in academia, research, or leadership. Candidates must hold a doctoral degree (or in exceptional cases, a master’s with notable achievements) and possess at least 10 years of experience in academia, research, industry, or public service. Eligible individuals typically hold mid- to senior-level positions such as Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer, Senior Researcher, or Project Lead. A minimum of 15 research papers in reputed journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, or UGC-CARE is required. Additional contributions through books, conferences, or editorial work are valued. Candidates must demonstrate leadership, innovation, and significant achievements in fields such as education, science, technology, healthcare, or social development. Membership in other recognized professional bodies is preferred. Endorsement or recommendation by an existing Fellow or Senior Fellow Member of SASPRF strengthens the application but is not mandatory.
