WHO CAN JOIN?

The Dignitary Fellow Member (DFMSPRF) of the SAS Progressive Research Foundation is a prestigious honorary recognition granted to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to their professional field and to the mission of the Foundation. Eligibility requires a doctoral degree (Ph.D., D.Sc., or equivalent), though candidates with a master’s degree and exceptional achievements may be considered. A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in academia, research, government, industry, or nonprofit sectors is essential, with preference given to those who have held senior-level roles such as Professor, Dean, Director, Chief Scientist, or Policy Advisor. Applicants must have a strong research record, including at least 20 publications in reputed journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, or UGC-CARE. Leadership in innovation, education, policy, or societal development is expected. Recognition through national or international awards is an asset. Nomination or endorsement by two Dignitary Fellow or Senior Fellows of SASPRF is required.
